James J. Morgan, General Partner.
Since January 2002, Mr. Morgan has been a partner of Jacobson Partners,
having previously been an investor in Jacobson Partners, as well
as performing consulting assignments. Mr. Morgan is a Director of
Bertucci's Corporation, and previously served on the Boards of Taco
Bueno Restaurants, Inc. and Childtime Learning Centers, Inc.
Mr. Morgan is primarily involved with the consumer related companies
in the portfolio and participates in the evaluation of new investment
opportunities.
Mr. Morgan retired in 1997 as President and Chief Executive Officer
of Philip Morris Incorporated after a 30 year career with the
company. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of Princeton University.

Michael
J. Ryan, General Partner. Mr. Ryan joined Jacobson Partners
as a General Partner in September 2006. Mr. Ryan is a Director
of TUG Technologies and FormTech Industries. At each company,
Mr. Ryan has helped architect and oversee aggressive operational
improvement programs focused on Lean Policy deployment, restructured
business processes and cultural changes centered on customer satisfaction
and accountability.
Mr. Ryan brings to our team more than 36 years of operational
experience in Industrial and Manufacturing businesses. Prior to
joining Jacobson Partners, he was the V.P. of operations for Ingersoll
Rand (IR), an $11 billion industrial company, overseeing 90 plants
and 44,000 employees. While at IR he also served as President
of their Bobcat Division. Mr. Ryan has significant automotive
industry experience having served in various capacities with Ford
Motor, United Technologies, Lucas Varity, INTERMET and TRW Automotive
where he was responsible for the $1.7 billion North American Braking
Systems division and the $2.7 billion Chassis Systems division.
Mr. Ryan has a degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from
Western Michigan University and a Masters in Business Administration
from Wayne State University. He is a thought leader on Lean Policy
Deployment. In February 2007, he spoke before the U.S. Congress
on the subject of competitive productivity in America and the
need for government support to educate small and medium size companies.

| Bernard
W. Matte. Since July 1, 2004, Mr. Matte has served as a partner
of or consultant to Jacobson Partners, having previously been
the President of FPC Flexible Packaging Corporation since 1998.
Mr. Matte continues to serve as the Chairman of the Board of FPC
and participates in the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
Mr. Matte has been the
President of two publicly traded companies, Fletcher Leisure Group
and Wajax Ltd., and was a partner in Innocan Inc., a private equity
firm. Mr. Matte has extensive acquisition experience, having
served as the Vice-President of Corporate Development for Imasco
Ltd. Mr. Matte began his career with Greenshields Inc.,
a Canadian investment dealer, where he became a Vice-President
involved in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Matte is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and obtained
his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
