Mission

Jacobson Partners is a lower middle market private equity firm focused on acquiring underperforming companies with enterprise values between $25 million and $150 million. We prefer to invest in non-core divisions of large corporations and other middle market companies, and create value through strong company leadership and our experienced operating team.

Support Team

Jamie L. Goldberg, CPA – Controller. Mrs. Goldberg joined Jacobson Partners in May 1998. Prior to joining Jacobson Partners, Mrs. Goldberg worked in public accounting and corporate finance. Mrs. Goldberg graduated with a B.B.A from the University of Michigan and became a C.P.A. in 1984.

Danielle Dafniotis – Joined Jacobson Partners in 1988, and serves the firm as an Executive Assistant to the Managing General Partner.
